Niswarth School
We have very recently opened our own school for Deaf & Mute children at Niswarth House, Bagracote Tea Garden. We have appointed a well qualified teacher who himself is Deaf & Mute.
All Donations Are Exempted Under Sec. 80G Of The Income Tax Act 1961.
Our Work At Niswarth
Niswarth’s activities have, so far, reached out to nearly 20 lac (2 million) people in 290 Tea gardens
Places like Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Coochbehar, Darjeeling, Siliguri districts of West Bengal and Dibrugarh, Tinsukhia, Tejpur, North Bank districts of Assam and neighbouring villages and facilitated social benefits worth over Rs. 2 crores (20 million) from the Government, Lions Club, Rotary, Inner wheel and Round Table clubs, Andrew Yule and Company Limited, Amalgamated Plantation Private Limited (a division of Tata Tea), LR Beralih Social Development Foundation.

What We Do At Niswarth
Niswarth has trained thousands of underprivileged and specially-abled individuals in West Bengal and Assam areas. We have four training locations (Binnaguri, Matigara, Dam Dim, Bagracote) all located in the interior villages of North Bengal
We Identify & Help
The sole purpose of extending help to the Disabled and underprivileged population of Tea Estates and its neighboring villages.
We Sponsor
During the Disability camps of Niswarth, a large number of Hearing Impaired (Deaf & Dumb) children and adults were identified who were having great potential to become self-sustained but were completely deprived, We sponsor them.
We Educate
We run small-scale education camps in various villages for the underprivileged and Specially abled individual children and youth of daily wage workers for a better future.
We Train & Employ
We run organizations where we employ youngsters so they can live their dreams for themselves and their families.

How We Help At Niswarth
Niswarth conducts several events for the specially-abled and underprivileged individual to empower them economically as well as education-wise. We believe in encouraging them to learn more use their crafts and skills to make money so that they feel independent and help themselves.



For the specially abled:
- Education: Training, employment, and financial
support to a number of physically challenged persons. - Sponsorship: Through the organization, a number of
deaf and mute children are now being sponsored to attend school. - Specially-abled Camps: Donations the organization receives help us organize camps to identify
disabled people and help them with rehabilitation.
Niswarth has also arranged many
disability and eye camps reaching out to a population
of around 20 lac (2 million).
For the underprivileged:
- Employment assistance: Niswarth has done well to meet its key short-term objective of providing employment to some of the poorest.
- Products: It has received a very good response from the local population and the demand for its products is on the increase.
- Local support: We’ve also used our resources to provide whatever help possible to the victims of the Bihar floods.
- Education: Training, employment, and financial
support to a number of underprivileged (B.P.L.) persons.
